Terms of Service and Sales Conditions

1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store Maitsev Tallinn, managed by BAHUS OÜ (reg. code 14316592), located at Pärnu mnt 36 / Roosikrantsi 23, Tallinn, Estonia.
By ordering goods from the online store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the online store services.
The online store sells: food products (sushi, pizza, Georgian cuisine, etc.) and alcoholic beverages (wine, spirits, beer, cider, non-alcoholic drinks, etc.).
Separate terms apply to each product category, as described in the respective sections.
2. Terms of Sale for Food Products
General
Food products can be ordered by all users without age restrictions.
Ordering Process
Add products to the cart, enter delivery details, select the payment method, and pay via the Montonio payment solution.
Food Delivery
Food delivery operates daily within Tallinn from 10:00 to 22:00. Delivery fee is indicated during checkout.
Food Returns
Food products can only be returned if defects are identified (e.g., packaging damage, quality discrepancy). To initiate a return, contact us immediately at [email protected].
3. Terms of Sale for Alcoholic Beverages
Age Restrictions
Alcohol may only be purchased by users aged 18 or older. Age must be confirmed when placing an order. Age verification is performed upon delivery or in-store pickup by presenting a valid identity document (passport, ID card, driver's license).
Placing an Order
Products can be added to the shopping cart and the order is considered confirmed after successful payment through the Montonio payment solution. After payment, our sales manager will contact you regarding delivery.
Delivery
Delivery is available every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Alcoholic beverages are delivered only to adults who present a valid identity document. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years old.
Right of Return
Returns are only possible if the packaging is damaged or the goods do not match the order. Opened alcohol cannot be returned.
Damage During Delivery
If you receive a damaged package, refuse to accept it and immediately notify the courier. Then contact us at [email protected] — we will send you a free replacement.
4. Payment
The online store accepts the following payment method:
Bank Link
Payment is processed through the Montonio payment solution via bank link. Supported banks: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank and other banks in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Finland. Payment is confirmed in your bank's secure environment.
Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. After successful payment, order confirmation is sent by email and our sales manager will contact you.
5. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery
In Tallinn, we deliver by our own courier. Across Estonia, goods can be sent via parcel machines (Omniva, DPD, Itella). Standard delivery time is 0–7 business days. If the desired product is not currently in stock, we order it from the supplier — in this case, delivery time may extend up to 30 days. Delivery fee is €5.
In-Store Pickup
Pickup is available every day from 10:00 to 22:00 at Pärnu mnt 36 / Roosikrantsi 23, Tallinn. To pick up your order, please present the order number or electronic confirmation.
6. Return and Cancellation Policy
Right of Return
The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days from receipt, provided the goods are unused and in original packaging.
Return Exclusions
Opened alcohol cannot be returned. Opened or used food products cannot be returned. Returns are also excluded if the product has been damaged by the customer.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Goods are returned at the customer's expense, unless the reason for return is our error (wrong product, damaged packaging).
Refunds
Refunds are made to the same bank account within 5–14 business days from receipt of the returned goods.
7. Personal Data Processing
Customer personal data (name, address, phone number, email) is used solely for order processing and delivery. Data is transferred to third parties only for the purpose of delivering goods. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the customer may send a complaint to [email protected]. We respond within 14 days. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the customer has the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) at www.ttja.ee or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Other Terms
The online store reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. The sale of alcohol and food is regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
10. Product Images
Images on the website are for illustrative purposes. The actual product may differ from the image in packaging design, color, size or other characteristics. Differences may result from manufacturer changes, batch specifics or legal requirements.
11. Copyright
The website design, texts, and structure are protected by copyright and belong to BAHUS OÜ. Product images may belong to the respective manufacturers and rights holders and are used for informational purposes.
